I am pleased to announce that Mr. Neal Beltram has accepted the position of Customer Service Manager of Superwinch, LLC. He reports directly to me and will begin on Monday, November 16, 2009.

As Customer Service Manager, Neal will be responsible for directing all interaction with our distributors and end users to ensure reliable customer service. This includes establishing and delivering processes for effectively handling customer inquiries, disputes, warranties, the RGA process and order processing. Neal will accomplish these goals through staffing, training, mentoring, and developing an efficient Customer Service Team that delivers the highest quality customer care, in accordance with corporate objectives and revenue goals. Leadership, problem-solving, and decisiveness are critical for success in his role.

Neal comes to us with 20 years of managing customer service teams, call centers, inside sales, data entry, product application research and supply chain management experience across multiple channels within the automotive aftermarket and industrial market segments supported by his Associate in Science in Engineering (Graduated with Honors) from the Community College of Rhode Island, Warwick, RI.

Most recently, Neal held the position of Buyer/Planner for Sperian Protection, Inc. in Smithfield, RI where he planned and purchased Uvex, Sperian, Harley-Davidson and Stanley branded finished goods and components from vendors in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. He also held the position of Order Process Manager (4 years) and Customer Service Manager/Inside Sales (4 years).

Previously Neal mastered various positions during his 9 year tenure at Allied Signal, Inc., Consumer Products Group (Fram & Autolite branded automotive products), including Supervisor of Catalog/Technical Services, Team Leader of Product Planning/Publications Services, Manager of Filter Catalog Department, Supervisor of Applications Engineering/Catalog Department and Research Editor for the Catalog Department.

We look forward to Neal taking the lead to create, deliver, and analyze performance metrics and establish methods for soliciting customer feedback regarding quality of customer care. This will include overseeing and approving product returns, warranty exchanges, customer credits, reports, and other transactions and ensuring that all transactions that affect inventory levels are accurately processed.

Neal, his wife Beth and son Eric, reside in the Village of Chepachet, RI (two addition sons, Corey and Aaron have left the home nest). In addition, Neal is a Boy Scout Leader and he knows the joy of the occasional busted knuckle as he works on his early 60’s Ford Falcons, Triumph Spitfire, Daimler SP250 and his 1935 Pontiac.
